Restorative Yoga is a deep inward practice to relax, nurture, restore and rebalance. This practice nurtures the mind, body and soul.
During the session, you are supported in gentle nurturing postures with yoga props such as bolsters, cushions, blankets. This is a gentle practice where postures are held for longer periods of time to aid in releasing and surrendering to the present moment for total body, mind and soul relaxation and recalibration.
Energetic Therapy maybe incorporated into the session. Music and beeswax candles set the tone of the session for peaceful rejuvenation. The session may consist of hands-on adjustments for comfort. Many have felt refreshed, rejuvenated, balanced, connected and peaceful at the completion of their sessions.
