Inward Practice Nurturing mind, body and soul
Yin Yoga offers the opportunity to slow down, turn inward, calming the mind, body and nurturing the soul.
This is a slower practice where passive postures are held in a longer relaxed state. Muscles, fascia, connective tissue are softened and flexibility is increased. Our internal energy lines (meridians) are cleared, balancing our energy flow.
Note: Yin Yoga is currently not offered as a stand alone session. Please connect via this website for further information on Yoga Therapy offered.
