I heard helping spirit asking "Who am I? Why am I here?" From there my journey accelerated and I began to embrace my gifts and deepen my intuitive connection with helping spirit through meditation. Through this re-connection, I learned that:

"I am one with all that is, all that was and all that will be... that we are all one .... that we are all connected... that we are all love."

This journey continues as a student of life as it has offered me the opportunity to study a variety of alternative healing energy therapies , leading to the birth of this site When Spirit Knocks.  ​The purpose of these services is a reciprocation in the sharing of wisdom, healing and teachings to aid others in awakening to their personal growth and transformation in a safe and loving environment.
